Order service
Foreign citizens arriving on a visa-free basis and wishing to work in St. Petersburg or in the Leningrad Region in 2017 must obtain a work patent (patent for labor activity, labor patent).
A labor patent for work for foreigners is a special permit for a foreign citizen, allowing you to work with legal entities or for hire by a private person.
Our company will help the migrant to apply for a labor patent both for work with a legal entity (in the company) and for work with an individual (for hire).
A labor patent is issued for a period of one to twelve months. Patents for work indicate the territory of its operation, as well as the profession in which it is allowed to work.
Patent renewal is possible for up to 12 months. A patent is considered extended for the period for which tax has been paid. You can renew your patent for up to 12 months at a time.
The monthly amount for paying patent tax in 2017 is 3000 rubles. In case of non-payment or delay in payment for at least 1 day, a labor patent for work is considered invalid.
